CCE PTA Google Group - Instructions for Joining

Both parents are encouraged to join our CCE PTA google group.

If you want to stop receiving CCE PTA updates, you can easily unsubscribe from this group by sending an email to canyon-creek-elementary-pta-unsubscribe@googlegroups.com.

If you want to change some settings, like the frequency at which you receive the messages, and you don’t have a Google account, you have to create your own account. You can belong to different Google groups and access them from the same Google account.>

Go to http://groups.google.com, click "Create a new account", and enter your email and a password that you choose. It is important that the email is the same one that was used to register you as a member of the group.  

Follow the instructions. An email message will be sent to you to verify your email address.  After it is verified, go again to http://groups.google.com, click "Sign IN", and enter your email and password. You will see the list of all the Google groups you belong to. You can click on the link "Canyon Creek Elementary PTA", and you will be able to read all the messages that were posted since the moment when the group was first set up.

Also, after logging in the Google Group, each member may select the subscription type he/she prefers:

The default is that members receive each message when it is posted.
