Acknowledgements and References

Acknowledgements and references must be given on the project board. They will not count if only listed in the project journal/log. This is an easy place to gain or lose points.

IMPORTANT: Each student who includes photographs on his/her project board must include an acknowledgement for the photographer, even if the photographer is him/herself.

When giving acknowledgements and references on your project board, it is recommended that you title the sections specifically "Acknowledgements" and "References" so that there is no ambiguity in a judge's mind as to what information is being provided.

When preparing your references it is recommended that you number each reference to make it easy for the judges to find your three or more references and give you proper credit for your efforts.
