We have 1000+ mom's and dads that have children at Canyon Creek Elementary and only 5 more PTA positions to fill before the start of the new year! This should be easy right?? Well, if you have not volunteered yet, please do so. There are a few jobs that can be done from home, so please contact me today at VPprograms@canyoncreekpta.com if you can support our school.
Enrichment Chair - Coordinate and support all PTA enrichment functions and recruit volunteers for these positions. Attend PTA meeting and vote on important issues. Everyone reports up to you, but you have no specific job other than manage the team. Time Commitment – 2 hrs a month
Partner In Education - The person will assist the CCE PIE Coordinator (Vice Principal) to maintain open communication with the business partners/volunteers and establish new partnerships based on CCE needs. Help create staff awareness of PIE programs and roles of partners and volunteers', maintain records of partner contributions, coordinate recognition and appreciation of partners and attend district meetings. Time commitment depends upon the CCE PIE coordinator and needs of the school each year. 2-4 hrs during the first weeks of school, 3 – 5 hrs after FFF to turn in donation forms and write thank you’s, and 6 hrs at the end of the year for appreciation week. This job can be done mostly from home.

need to mark your name or class since this is a school-wide contest.
